1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you," "your") and betx24 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the betx24 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

By creating a betx24 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the legal gambling age in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction;

• You will promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy;

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on betx24, you must register a personal account by providing accurate information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), betx24 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any additional documentation requested by betx24 to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested documents within reasonable timeframes may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify betx24 of any unauthorized access or security breach. betx24 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account.

2.4 Account Suspension and Termination

betx24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, underage gambling, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or failure to complete identity verification. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse) will be returned to you following completion of all regulatory and compliance requirements.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

betx24 accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT), and credit/debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your account immediately or within reasonable processing times depending on the payment provider. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed following completion of identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. betx24 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but typically complete within 24-72 hours. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free bets are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Deposits used to claim bonuses may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal. betx24 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and confiscate funds obtained through bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.

3.4 Currency

The primary currency on betx24 is Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, which may include conversion fees. betx24 is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by payment providers or banks.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All games on betx24 utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit games or the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and legal action. This includes, but is not limited to: use of bots, scripts, or automated betting systems; collusion with other players; exploitation of software bugs or errors; and any form of cheating or unfair advantage.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, voided bets, and disputes. betx24 reserves the right to void bets, limit stakes, refuse bets, or close accounts if irregular betting patterns, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited activities are detected. All sports betting decisions by betx24 are final. Statistics and results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute official results for settlement purposes.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantages;
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or third-party funds;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code or underlying technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or betx24 staff;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses;
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask location or identity (except as permitted by betx24);
• Any other conduct deemed by betx24, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform or its users.

5. Responsible Gaming

betx24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide tools to help you control your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to utilize these tools and seek help from professional organizations.

You acknowledge that:

• You should never gamble more than you can afford to lose;
• betx24 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• You are solely responsible for managing your gaming behavior and seeking help if needed.

betx24 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification measures to prevent underage gambling. If we discover that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and winnings forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the betx24 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of betx24 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use betx24 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission;
• Frame, mirror, or link to the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorized;
• Access or use the Platform for any commercial purpose;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, betx24 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform or its services;
• Any losses incurred due to gaming activities on the Platform.

betx24's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of betx24 services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Complaint Resolution: You must first submit a written complaint to betx24 customer support describing the issue in detail. betx24 will investigate and respond within fourteen (14) business days.
2. PAGCOR Mediation: If the internal complaint process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory authority for mediation.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, with proceedings in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against betx24.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and betx24 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
